~~~PTC EMPIRE: Introducing the New Departments!~~~
Hello all brothers and sisters of the Empire, this is your leader, General Gin.A. As part of the efforts to re-vamp our Empire as our thread grows larger, I have disintegrated the old departments and reformed several new departments.
Let me first explain how this will work.
Each department is now known as a Kingdom.
1. Each Kingdom will be ruled by a Commander. Note that commander is NOT a rank, but an appointment.
2. There will also be a cluster of divisions that collectively form the Elemental Kingdom (EK). These kingdoms are basically made of members who are fans of a certain type of pokemon (For example, psychic and fire). Each Sub-Kingdom is to be proposed to myself and my Vice-General (who will be chosen soon) and then if we commission it, the Commander of that Division will be allowed to open a thread on the forums provided the conditions in no.3, no.4 and no.5 is met. The entire EK will be ruled over under the charge of a Commander-In-Chief.
3. For each elemental division, you must include the word 'Kingdom' in your thread name. For example, you can call yourself the ''Psyfire Kingdom'' (psychic and fire type) or the ''Black Metals Kingdom'' (dark and steel type) or the ''Thunder Rain Kingdom'' (water and electric type) or the ''Legion of Haunts Kingdom'' (Ghost type).
4. Of course, all the members under your division must be members of the PTC Empire. For example, if Ghostlyninja is a member in the Legion of Haunts Kingdom, he also must be a PTC member.
5. All divisions must declare that they are sub-clans under the PTC Empire in Post #1.
6. Failure to follow steps 3 to 5 will result in a forced shutdown of your division thread by my Deputy Chief Director or myself, and if defiant behavior is shown, removal from the clan is our only option.

Guild of Tyrannus
The highest order of the Empire consists of the 3 top members in the entire clan. They make decisions, and have the power to hold clan-w
de events and contests.
The Royal Council
The royal council consists of distinguished, trusted executives who serve as advisors and moderators in the clan. They reserve the right to recommend a demotion, promotion, removal and recruting of a member in our thread. Their authority is second only to the Generals.
The Research Kingdom
The research kingdom possesses the clan's dexing and breeding specialists. They are in-charge of lending/borrowing Pokemon and also monitoring the vault.
The cyber kingdom is the hardworking department responsible for doing up our very comprehensive clan website, and also the new forums initiative They are the administrators/moderators of the respective webpages as well.
The Art Kingdom
Needless to say, aesthetics, banner-making, sprite-designing is managed by this very creative and skillful department!
The Elemental Kingdom
All divisions under the Elemental Kingdom may create a thread of their own and become their own division commanders. Rules 3 to 5 must be strictly followed.
This kingdom is in charge of training pokemon. It is currently vacant.
1. Sign up for a department if you are not currently in one!! Simply post which kingdom you want to join!!
2. One person can be in a maximum of 2 departments, unless special permission is granted.
3. I will mirror this post on post #6 of our clan thread
for easy reference.
4. Once again, feedbacks and questions -> Shoot right at me.
5. Simply fill up this simple form.
